TCM 5 Elements Seasonal Wheel Chart

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the five elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water — are not static categories but living expressions of seasonal energy that move through a perpetual cycle across the year. This elegant TCM Seasons and Year Diagram illustrates that complete cycle as a single, cohesive visual, making it one of the most beautiful and intellectually satisfying charts in the YogicTradition TCM collection. What the diagram shows: The chart maps all five elements across the seasonal wheel of the year, showing the associated season for each element (Spring/Wood, Summer/Fire, Late Summer/Earth, Autumn/Metal, Winter/Water), the organ pairs governed by each element and season, the emotional correspondences (anger, joy, worry, grief, fear), the sensory connections (eyes, tongue, mouth, nose, ears), the taste associated with each element, the climate factor that challenges each element, and the flow of Qi following both the Sheng (generating) and Ko (controlling) cycles. The design is circular and harmonious, reflecting the cyclical nature of the content — it works both as a precise educational reference and as genuinely beautiful wall art for any TCM clinic or wellness space.
